BAYAS Atelier started as a concept of developing our passion for home decor and design, combined with the love for creativity and beauty arts.
Our mission is to create unique handmade home decor for every taste, in order to show that the little details can make a very big difference.We aim to provide our customers with a lovely experience that will definitely make them feel comfortable and relaxed in their own home.
The wall hangings, accessories and tableware are 100% handmade from the finest materials, and they come in a wide variety of colors and sizes.
You can let your imagination fly to the highest level and choose between endlessly customizable options or go for one of our pre-made macrames.

Carrying for a long life
Our macramés and accessories are made with love and care in our atelier. After they arrive to you, there are a few things that you need to know in order to help you enjoy your products for a very long time onwards.Tips for washing and cleaning the macramé: Spot clean with white, damp cloth using a mild detergent.
Always use cold water to prevent shrinkage.
Avoid any detergents with bleach. To dry, hang in a well ventilated area, not in the sun. Your macramé piece may be a little wrinkled from the shipping journey when it arrives to you; You can iron or use a steamer on your macramé to smooth it out.
Cotton fiber macramé pieces are meant to be used indoors. If you plan on hanging your art outdoors, ensure you protect it from the sun and water exposure.
Keep the fibers away from an open flame (candles, fireplaces).

Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your purchase.Please allow this time for your items to be designed and shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we only ship within Egypt.

Return, Exchange & Refund
At Bayas Atelier we do our best to keep our customers happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, please get in touch with us and we will make sure to take care of any issue.If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at bayasatelier@gmail.com including your name, order number and tge reason of the return.
Our 7 days return policy allows you to send it back to us, if you fulfill the reasons of eligibility for a refund, such as the returned item must to be in the same condition as it was received, unused and in its original packaging and the tags remained attached. We will also need a reason and a proof of the return.
Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer an exchanged product instead, with the same value or higher.
Refund
After the return is completed and confirmed, the products are back to our atelier and no damage has occurred, we will issue a refund in your original payment method,minus the original shipping charges and fees.

There are some items that we don't accept returns and exchanges for, such as sale products, customized pieces that are made on your selected color and size, personalized gift cards.
